When you sign up for Easycounting WebLink, our back office team will initiate your own, branded site for the use of your clients.

The team will have liaised with you regarding your Practice house-style and logos, so the system will blend seamlessly with all the other services you already offer. There will also be assistance for you, or your website providers, in incorporating the log-in pages onto your own web site.

In addition we will need to know what your backoffice accounting package is and also your preferred standard chart of accounts, so this can be set up within the system.

The whole process. from start to finish, should not usually take longer than two weeks, depending on your requirements.

Once your site is operational, our training team will arrange a session, so principal users within your organisation can be made familiar with the system.
